& Crafts Show Screening
Thank you for your inquiry.
To receive applications for our arts and crafts shows your work and exhibit space
display must first be screened by the management staff of Jim Custer Enterprises,
Inc. This screening process is to ensure that your work meets our present standards
for participation. We reserve the right to accept or deny your work based on our
discretion. Please keep the following guidelines in mind:
- We
accept hand-crafted items, fine art and gourmet specialty foods.
- We do not
allow representatives -- the artists who created the product must
be the one attending the show.
- We do not
allow buy/sell manufactured items.
- We do not
allow imported items.
- We do not
allow craft kits or partially completed items.
- A maximum
of two exhibitors may share an exhibit space, booth must be screened.
Screening
Instructions:
- Submit
two pictures/slides of your work and one picture/slide of your exhibit space display.
Do not send more than three pictures and please do not send samples. If you do
not have a picture of your exhibit space display, you may submit a drawing along
with a written explanation of the setup.
- Please
include a brief description of your work and the process involved in it's creation
along with a telephone number, so that we may call you if we have any questions.
- Finally,
include a business size self-addressed stamped envelope for the return of your
pictures and slides.
